Mushroom Stroganoff

ADD FIRM TOFU, SQUEEZED AND CUBED, IF MORE PROTEIN IS REQUIRED

SHOPPING LIST:

 

One onion

2-3 garlic cloves minced

1tbsp olive oil for frying

300g mushrooms, sliced

1tbsp soy sauce/tamari

¾ cup vegetable broth

¾ cup soy cream

2 tbsp cornstarch to thicken (leave out for cancer protocol)

1 tsp onion powder

 ½ tsp smoked paprika

1 tbsp nutritional yeast

Salt and pepper to taste


 

INSTRUCTIONS:

 

Fry the onion and garlic on low heat until onion is translucent.

Add mushrooms and fry for a few minutes.

Add all other ingredients, bring to boil and simmer until reduced and thickened.
