Who am I?
Self healer, award winning producer and theatre director, actor & writer, cancer thriver, developer of IMMUTE™ forgiveness technique.

I have led an interesting and varied life with a couple of different career paths: corporate management; the entertainment industry as an actor/producer/director (to me it's one job!) and now as a forgiveness coach and speaker. I love to learn and so immerse myself in subjects that interest me to the point of obsession, and as a result I have become experienced and knowledgeable in a lot of areas.

I have healed myself twice - once from debilitating chronic fatigue that I had had for five years, and the second time, I healed my colostomy bag that wasn't working. In October 2022 I had been rushed into hospital with severe stomach pains and vomiting and I had to have a cancerous tumour removed along with six lymph nodes. I had a temporary colostomy bag while we waited for the distended intestine to go back to its regular size to enable it to be rejoined with the other half. Interestingly, the same operation that my dog had had a few years before. After a few days, it became clear that the colostomy bag was not working. It was empty the whole time and anything I ate and drank started to build up in my body until I threw it up – basically diarrhoea was coming out of my mouth. It was horrendous! To try and get the bag working I was given a variety of laxatives which didn’t work then a super strong aniseed flavoured drink, the worst flavour to me, which took me two hours to get down because I was also holding down vomit and this made me want to vomit more. It was torturous. After a few more days the only option was to insert an NG tube through my nose and throat into my stomach while I was awake, not a great thing for someone who has a fear of choking to have to go through. I was not allowed to eat but I could drink a little and multiple times a day the nurses would have to aspirate the tube to get rid of the diarrhoea in my stomach and avoid throwing up. Two and a half weeks later, still nothing in the colostomy bag so they decided the next day they would take me down for an exploratory operation. I was horrified. I already had a massive scar from pubic bone to above the navel. It had just knitted together and they wanted to open it up again. I was determined that this was not going to happen.

During my time in hospital I had remembered the success I’d had with healing chronic fatigue through forgiveness meditations so I spent my days listening to Paul McKenna’s Everyday Bliss meditations to relieve stress, soothe anxiety and reprogram the mind, and practiced the forgiveness technique. There was nothing else to do! This was a brilliant way to spend the time because even though I was stuck in hospital for almost a month with a cancer diagnosis and giant scar, being tortured daily by incompetent nurses trying to draw blood and just bruising me, dealing with the NG tube and diarrhoea vomiting, it helped me to stay super positive. I knew that this was going to help me. And remember, I had woken up knowing I had to change my life and this was the only way I knew how.

Now I was faced with another operation and I was determined not to have it. I ramped up the work and for at least 24 hours before, I was permanently meditating and praying, imagining the colostomy bag working and avoiding the operation. All night I was working on this but when morning came, still nothing. I was dismayed and when the nurse came to talk to me I started crying in fear. At which point the anaesthetist came to talk to me and get me ready to go down for the operation. During his “speech” I heard a noise. The nurse and I looked at each other, lifted my gown and saw that the colostomy bag had started to work! At the eleventh hour! It was truly a miracle! No one will ever tell me that it wasn’t. Whatever I had done had worked! The nurse and I screamed and both of us burst into more tears, the doctors came at that moment and for a few days I was famous! Needless to say the operation was cancelled and a week later, after a three and a half week stay, I was allowed to go home. And after the chemotherapy had finished, I had the colostomy reversal operation.

After being diagnosed with cancer, I went on a journey of deep discovery. One part of this was learning as much as I could about cancer and how I could physically change my body to put it in the best position to heal, hence the pages dedicated to cancer information. The other part to this was returning to the spiritual journey of enlightenment that I  went on when I had chronic fatigue. I learned so much along the way (and I'm still learning!) that I feel it is my responsibility and life purpose to pass this knowledge on to anyone that wants to know. During the journey, I developed IMMUTE™, a forgiveness technique that helped me to move on from trauma, overcome my illness and change my life in to one that I REALLY want to live. And you can do this too, if you dare!
