Medicines
Mebendazole 100mg, cycle after one month with Doxycycline
Atorvorstatin 20mg
Metformin 500mg
Aspirin 75mg
Low Dose Naltrexone 3mg
After two months the Meben, statin and Metformin went up to twice a day. Your doctor will decide on your prescription.

I started with Fenbendazole at 225mg per day (Panacur dog wormer, mix in oil or cream so it dissolves and absorbs better) and then added Care Oncology Clinic's medicines, switching out Fenben with Meben. I have found COC to be very responsive, helpful and knowledgeable during this journey. COC do not suggest it is necessary to take supplements on top of their regime but I choose to do so. Some people suggest Metformin is a bad drug to take. However it blocks glucose, glutamine and arginine and also blocks IGF-1 and mTOR (a main enzyme for cell division/growth factor). To kill cancer, you need to block glucose and glutamine as these are the main growth factors for cancer. If preferred, Berberine is an excellent natural substitution for Metformin but as far as I understand, it does not also block IGF-1 and mTOR.
Care Oncology's initial consultation cost is £510 and a further £60 for the medicines, then 6-8 weeks later you will have to arrange a blood test with your GP or hospital (or Randox apparently do £16 blood tests) and have a follow up call with COC at £250. Do not take Mebendazole/Fenbendazole in the two days before and after a PET scan or scan with contrast because it is hard on the liver (diarrhoea) and can also create a false positive.

See more information about Fenbendazole and Mebendazole here.

Aspirin keeps cancer cells circulating around the body as opposed to setting up shop and turning into a tumor. If I had known this I would have taken it directly after my surgery since cutting can spread cancer.

My supplements protocol is attached. Not all supplements will be applicable to you so you should do your own research. Your functional health doctor will refine your list but if you want to get started then you are welcome to use mine as a jumping off point. There is a PDF version and also a Word version so that you can edit it with your own adjustments. Disclaimer: Use this list with caution and take note of the contraindications. It is always best to check with your doctor first in case of negative interactions with your medications. If you follow my protocol you accept that you are doing so at your own risk.
