A few things you can do to help your healing process
Gratitude
Do not underestimate the importance of this. This is why it is top of the list! Dr Joe Dispenza talks about the power of gratitude in healing. See more information here.
He suggests at least 10 minutes of gratitude meditation, three times a day. Another way is to be continually grateful for everything, for instance, how wonderful it is to walk the dog and it be a sunny dry day, or how clean and refreshing this water is and how nourishing for my body, etc.

Castor Oil
Put Castor oil packs on affected areas (areas with tumours) – cold pressed, organic, hexane free, only in a glass bottle. You can buy the packs here. Castor oil heals and also helps detox. Good for liver detox also. the castor oil needs to be cold pressed organic pure castor oil, BP grade, hexane free, non-GMO. Buy it here.

Alkalise
Keep the body alkaline – buy alkaline pee testing strips here. It should be at 8. Although don't get disheartened, I find it very difficult to stay at 8.

Things to Avoid

Microwaving anything in plastic containers.

Drinking from plastic bottles.

Stress. This is huge - stress causes inflammation which causes damage to the cells, therefore causing diseases.

Chemicals - switch out your household chemicals for natural ones. Think about makeup, deoderant, moisturisers, body and hair washes. Chemicals on new clothes, linens or towels - wash before using.

Additives and preservatives - buy natural and organic wherever possible.

Pre-packaged food - buy raw materials and cook! If you want to heal from cancer you are going to have to learn how to prepare a few really delicious salads and meals to get you through.

Oxygen
Oxygenate the body by aerobic exercising and doing strength building exercises. Think about something you can do several times a week that is enjoyable like yoga, swimming, brisk walking, climbing wall, tennis, whatever. Aerobic exercise gets oxygen into the body as well as strength training because muscles oxygenate the body.

Detox
Find a way to detox your body - epsom salt baths, far infrared saunas, drink celery juice, coffee enemas. More info here.

Stress
Manage stress with exercise, meditation, forgiveness, heal your inner wounds. This is essential because the stress caused from these increases inflammation in your body. Inflammation causes damage to the mitochondria which causes cancer. My workbook can help you with your inner spiritual journey. Liver Poultice
To detox the liver, soak a cloth in very hot Milfefoil tea and lay it over the liver (be careful not to scald the skin), cover with a dry sheet or towel and then apply two hot water bottles to the area. Lie for an hour.
